Congratulations Dr. Lemkau

Karin Lemkau (MIT-WHOI Joint Program/ Marine Geology and Geophysics) successfully defended her doctoral thesis "Comprehensive study of a heavy fuel oil spill: Modeling and analytical approaches to understanding environmental weathering" at WHOI last Friday. You can read about Karin's work in her recent news article Tracking Toxic Chemicals in Oil Spills.
