Olivia Norman will start her PhD at MIT in Fall 2020 and will be joining Prof. Colette Heald’s group. Her research interests include studying the sources and trends of aerosols to better understand their impact on the climate. She recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) where her research focused on modeling aerosol optical properties and comparing satellite data for cloud properties.
