Research Description
Elisabeth (Lyssa) Freese is a PhD student in Atmospheric Science, working with Noelle Selin on the intersection of atmospheric chemistry, international policy making, and health and economic outcomes. Prior to joining EAPS, she worked at environment and energy think tanks in China and the US. She graduated in 2016 from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with a degree in Science, Technology, and International Affairs.
