The retreat will be held on October 2 to 4, 2015 at the Jiminy Peak Resort in Hancock, MA.

The retreat is open and free of charge to all faculty, staff, post-docs and graduate students of PAOC. Guests are welcome, but there is a fee of $150 per guest ($100 per guest of graduate students), while there is no charge for 12 years-old and younger guests.
A cancellation fee of $150 will be incurred by each person who cancels after September 10th. Please do not attempt to transfer your reservation to other people. Contact the retreat committee directly after September 10th for special requests. If you need to change your reservation status at any time, send an email to paoc.retreat@gmail.com.
Please be aware that your participation is expected in Research Roundup, wherein you will very quickly present some information about your research. We also look forward to our annual Talent/Variety Show; all acts are appreciated.
