Stargazing at MIT
Date Time Location
March 11th, 2016 6:30pm-8:00pm 37-roof
Join us in observing the night sky during the spring semester! Open observing nights are scheduled monthly, near first quarter moon. In addition to the moon, Jupiter and its satellites will be visible all semester!

All observing sessions will be on the roof of building 37. Take the elevator to the 6th floor of building 37, go left out of the elevator, look for the door on the left labeled "penthouse". Climb the spiral staircase to the roof, then another short flight of stairs to the observing platform.

This event is weather-dependent. If it is raining or significantly cloudy, it will be cancelled. Check back here by 3pm on the day of the event for a weather update.
